A few tips before your start:


Choose a quiet place. 

Make sure you are comfortable and warm during your practice, either lying down on a yoga mat, sitting on the floor with your back against a wall, or in a chair with a backrest. 

The most important thing is the comfort of your body in your chosen position, in order to fully experience the benefits of the guided relaxation. 

Here is a short, non-exhaustive aids that can help you find even more comfort depending on the position you choose:


Lying down:

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket to cover yourself
  • Warm socks
  • An eye pillow or a small, soft scarf
  • A rolled-up towel to place under your knees

Sitting on the floor or in a chair:

  • Floor: Use a yoga block or a firm cushion, allowing you to naturally lengthen your spine. 
  • Chair: Choose a chair with a comfortable backrest and place a blanket under your seat.
  • A blanket
  • warm socks
