Refund Policy

Please read before booking a private session:

Private Yoga Session: Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and PaymentConfirmation: 

A session is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Payment Methods: 

Payments are accepted via Online Booking System, or Bank Transfer.

Block Bookings: Discounted session blocks must be paid upfront and are valid for 6 months from the date of the first session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged (or one session will be deducted from your block).

Instructor Cancellation: In the unlikely event that I must cancel, you will be offered a full refund or a priority rescheduled slot.

3. Health and Physical Readiness

Medical Clearance: It is your responsibility to consult a doctor before beginning any new physical exercise programme.

Disclosure: You must complete a health form before our first session. 

Please disclose all injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions (including pregnancy).

Ongoing Updates: You must inform the teacher of any changes to your health or physical condition before each session begins.

4. Location and Equipment

Venue: Sessions will take place at 8 Roughlands, Your Home (in some exceptional circumstances) or Online via Zoom.

Equipment: Please provide your own yoga mat. I will provide blocks and blankets. 

Environment: For home sessions, please ensure there is adequate space (approx. 2m x 2m) and a quiet, distraction-free environment.

5. Punctuality

Sessions will start and end strictly at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still end at the original time to respect subsequent bookings.

6. Liability

Yoga involves physical movement and, as with any exercise, carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking, you agree that you are practicing at your own risk and waive any claim against Kathy Chaudhary Mazet / Naturoyoga for injuries sustained during the session, except in cases of gross negligence.

Gift Cards

Terms & Conditions: Private Yoga Gift card.

1. Validity & Expiry This Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.The session must be booked and completed before the expiry date. Expired Gift Cards cannot be refunded or extended. 2. Booking & Redemption Redemption is subject to the teacher’s availability. I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.To book, please contact Kathy / k.mazet@naturoyoga.co.uk / 07999784535 and quote your unique Gift Card code. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked session.  Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or "no-shows," will result in the Gift Card being forfeited (marked as used). 4. Refunds & Transfers Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are transferable; if the original recipient cannot use it, they may gift it to someone else, provided the teacher is notified in advance. 5. Location & Travel This Gift Card covers a session at 8, Roughlands, Pyrford, Woking GU22 8PT or Online.  6. Health & Safety The participant must complete a health screening form/waiver prior to the session. It is the participant’s responsibility to notify the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the session begins.
