I have been practicing yoga for 26 years. Throughout these years, I deepened my knowledge of this discipline to enrich my personal and professional life. I completed a three-year yoga teacher training program and obtained my diploma under the guidance of Lisa Soede and the British Wheel of Yoga. Following this, I trained with Uma Dinsmore Tuli at the Life Centre in London to teach prenatal yoga.
My goal is to share the values and benefits of a regular yoga practice with anyone wishing to rediscover a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivate a serene inner strength which, when properly channeled and used, helps restore and maintain a state of well-being.
I offer private yoga and prenatal yoga sessions in Pyrford and the surrounding area, as well as online classes. I hope to meet you very soon to share with you all the invaluable benefits of yoga.
As part of my professional and personal development, I continue to train in yoga alongside my teaching.
